Zed has 30 years of experience in food technology. He has rebranded BenniMix and launched our new range for both commercial and public sector markets.

Dr Mary Hodges, has vast experience in child health, nutrition and integrated health systems. She oversees the nutritional and micronutrient formulation of all BFC products.

Theresa Imah-Paul, joined BFC in 2016 after 10 years working for local and international organizations in the Gambia.

Aruna joined the BFC-production team as an apprentice and has worked in all departments: cleaning, scorching and packaging.  He recently has started as Acting Production Manager.
