It all started in 1975 with a commitment to improve infant nutrition using crops grown by local farmers and simple, sustainable processing technologies.

The original product BenniMix has stood the test of time and around which new products are developed.  The BenniMix Food Company was established in 1985. Since then Dr. Joseph Bahsoon and his wife have steered it through the civil war, Ebola and COVID-19 to emerge more resilient than ever with new products, SierraMix, PikinMix, PetetePap, SuperMix and LiberMix.
